At D & C Developers we provide a host of post possession services to our clients, i.e., Assistance in getting Property on lease, Legal Assistance, Revenue Department Assistance, Property Re-Sale Assistance, etc.

We provide Building and Unit Maintenance Facilities also at all our projects for 2 years post the receipt of BU Certificate. The idea of maintaining the building is to inculcate the habits of cleanliness, hygiene & beauty of the building amongst the members of the building thereby enhancing its value for our existing & potential clients.

After 2 years, the maintenance of the building is handed over to the respective societies managed by the occupants of these buildings.
